Epoxy Flooring Systems
Epoxy flooring gives concrete a durable, easy-to-clean finish that can handle the demands of busy commercial, industrial, residential, and service areas. The right system depends on how the floor will be used, the condition of the existing concrete, and the appearance the project calls for.
Before recommending a system, we look at the slab, expected traffic, moisture conditions, finish requirements, and project schedule. That allows us to build the right flooring system for the space instead of treating every project the same.
Epoxy Flooring Options
Decorative flakes are broadcast across the entire floor to create a textured, consistent appearance. These systems are popular for garages, service areas, locker rooms, and other spaces that need durability and easier maintenance.
Full Flake Broadcast Systems
Solid-color systems provide a clean, uniform finish and can be selected around the appearance and performance requirements of the facility. They work well in utility spaces, warehouses, back-of-house areas, and light industrial environments.
Solid Color Epoxy Systems
Quartz or Sand Broadcast Systems
Quartz or sand can be broadcast into the coating system when additional texture, thickness, or slip resistance is needed. These systems work well in service areas, wet environments, commercial kitchens, and other spaces where traction and durability are important.

01 — Floor Evaluation
We review the existing concrete, how the space will be used, expected traffic, finish requirements, and project schedule before recommending a coating system.
Our Epoxy Installation Process
02 — Mechanical Surface Preparation
The concrete is mechanically prepared to remove contaminants and create the surface profile needed for proper coating adhesion.
03 — Repairs & Detailing
Cracks, damaged areas, edges, joints, and other surface conditions are addressed based on the needs of the project.
04 — Coating System Installation
The selected primer, base coat, flakes, quartz, or other broadcast material is installed according to the specified flooring system..
05 — Protective Topcoat & Cure
A compatible topcoat is applied for the required appearance, texture, cleanability, and protection before the floor is returned to service.
Why Surface Preparation Matters
A coating system is only as dependable as the concrete beneath it. Existing coatings, dirt, oil, moisture conditions, weak surface material, and an improper surface profile can all contribute to adhesion problems or premature failure. That is why every project begins with evaluating and mechanically preparing the slab for the selected flooring system.
Mechanical Preparation
Grinding or shot blasting creates the surface profile needed for the selected coating system to bond properly.
Concrete Repairs
Cracks, spalls, damaged areas, and other surface conditions are addressed as required before installation.
System Compatibility
Primers, base coats, broadcasts, and topcoats are selected around the slab, environment, traffic, and intended use.
